Garland Golf Club – Private Golf Simulations and Training

Golf is EVERYWHERE lately. All my guy friends are spending hours on the range on the weekends, and all my girl friends have been raving about how fun it is to make the time to come out too. It used to feel like something only older businessmen did, but its definitely become a fun pass time for people of all ages. I want to join in on the fun, but I haven’t done much golfing outside of a round of puttputt with friends. When I learned that Garland Golf Club was having a FREE open house, I reserved a time slot and brought out a couple of girls from The Garland Girlies Social Group.

What Does Garland Golf Club Offer?

Garland Golf Club has so many offerings – Some examples are:

Memberships for 24/7 Access to the Club
Private Golf Lessons in Garland with Coach Paul, a 30-year PGA coaching veteran
Hourly Bay Rentals
Advanced Technology to pinpoint possible adjustments you need
Private Events

“We’re building more than a training facility, we’re building a community where golfers encourage one another and improve together.”

There are a range of options for new and experienced golfers at the Garland Golf Club. For newbies or casual golfers, you can take a private lesson or reserve a bay hourly. During my first visit, I learned how to grip a golf club correctly, learned proper stance and form, and learn about the different types of clubs and when to use them. After my crash course, I got to spend a couple hours working on my swing on their HUGE list of simulated courses from all over the world. With coaching from Coach Paul, their private coach, you can be course ready in as little as one month.

The technology at Garland Golf Club was insane. Each time I took a swing, their computer and imaging system would replay my swing in slow motion so I could make adjustments. I could even see the spin, speed, and angle that I hit the ball!

Serious golfers use this technology to improve their golf skills at a higher level. Members can actually use the club 24/7, ands never have to worry about the weather, which I thought was insane! There is a strength training area, squat rack, and golf specific work out gear, so your membership could double as a gym membership.

Making Golf Accessible – Affordable Golf Lessons Near Garland

During the open house I was lucky enough to meet both Walter and Tony, the owners of the GGC. They told me about how despite having 4-5 golf courses nearby, they saw a need for an affordable place to learn and train. They wanted to remove the barriers of cost and location by bringing everything someone could need to become a skilled golfer under one roof, with 24/7 access regardless of the time or weather.

They did an amazing job create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where anyone from complete beginners to experienced golfers could improve their game, meet other North Dallas locals, and build a genuine golf community without the high cost of a traditional country club.

They were so proud of how their community has grown grown. They have weekly randomized team scrambles to bring members together, help them make new friends, and create opportunities to find playing partners outside the studio.

If you are wanting to get into golf, or are an avid golfer looking for a new club to call home, Garland Golf Club is your spot!
